The NAF is a catalytic network of Native American Christian leaders and churches that subscribes to the doctrinal position of the 16 Fundamental Truths of The Assemblies of God. This includes pastors, denominational leaders, teachers, community developers, missionaries and others. Native Americans taking the whole Gospel to the first nations of North America and the world.


What services will be provided to ensure NAF’s long term success?
NAF will provide services, resources and partnerships which equip native Christians for evangelism, discipleship and leadership development.


How you can get involved…
 NAF consists of Native American Pastors, Evangelist, Missionaries, Lay Leaders, those interested in Native Ministries. If you desire to assist NAF in accomplishing the unfinished task, join us in the Native Council Circle.


MISSION STATEMENT
The Native American Fellowship (NAF) exists for the purpose of exchanging information, facilitating evangelism, leadership development, and establishing churches and ministries within its group.


PURPOSE STATEMENT
The purpose of Native American Fellowship is to Evangelize, Equip Leaders, Establish Native Churches, and Develop an information network.


GOAL
The Native American Fellowship ministry goal is teaching and equipping leaders to work in unity to fulfill the Great Commission to our generation. Matthew 28:18-20


THE VISION
Our vision is to visit and help establish a strong native ministry in every native church across our fellowship, and to help encourage pastors and prayer partners, and to assist in practical leadership development in every area. Native American Fellowship seeks to achieve a balance between the “things we do” in ministry and “who we become” through discipleship.


THE OBJECTIVES

  • Evangelism - reaching every reservation and major urban center

  • Equipping Leaders     - raising up leadership in the local church and on the national level, including military, institutional, and campus chaplains, Native American foreign missionaries, Christian radio and television stations and programs on reservations, Christian native leadership and teachers in colleges, secondary and postsecondary schools

  • Establishing Churches     - planting new churches on every reservation and every major urban center, “growing” present Assemblies to become self-supporting, self-governing, and self-propagating according to the cultural way of the people

  • Networking     - working together in unity, partnership, and fellowship with those of like precious faith in Jesus Christ to achieve:

  • Mindfulness     - Become aware of what matters to God

  • Maturity     - Lay a foundation for spiritual growth
  • Ministry - Use their spiritual gifts, and
  • Mission -Help others grow and share their faith in Jesus Christ
